Terms and conditions of Perfect Family membership and Referrals Program.
- Perfect Family membership is and exclusive privilege for Property Perfect PCL and subsidiaries’ customer and family member, who hold ownership in our project. The benefits of after-sales service and other privileges starting from the booking date by applying membership through Perfect Family application. However, certain benefits may only be available upon complete ownership transfer.

- Perfect Family members (“Referrers”) earn points and/or reward gifts from repurchases or referring friends, relatives or family to purchase through the Perfect Family application or other designated channels. To get benefits from referral: friends, relatives or family referred by referrers (“Referees”) must be registered through the link provided by the referrers and receive the referral code to present before the booking only. Referrals subject to the company's terms and conditions. Any referrals that do not comply with the terms and conditions, shall be considered invalid and the points and/or reward gifts shall not be granted.
- In the case where the referees registered through more than one referrer’s links, the points and/or reward gifts shall be reserved for the referrer whose referee’s registration is correct information and is the last registration before the booking. Referrals cannot be transferred and/or the referrer cannot be changed.
- The company reserves the right to change or modify any terms and conditions without prior notice, and in case of any dispute, the company's decision shall be final.
Terms and Conditions for Points and Reward Gifts
- For each repurchase or referral for a house, townhouse, condominium, and/or commercial building with a total value of every 10,000 baht per unit, members will receive 1 Perfect Point (every 10,000 baht equals 1 point), any excess value that does not reach 10,000 baht cannot be calculated as points. Point and reward from referral promotion applied according to the company’s campaign.
- Perfect Points and Reward Gifts are shown and ready to be redeem on the Perfect Family application. (only the referral made on application)
- Perfect Points and Reward Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other members.
Point and reward approval
- Perfect Points and Reward Gifts from repurchases or referrals will be verified and approved within 30 days from the transferring date as stated in the sales contract.
- Perfect Points and Reward Gifts are valid for 1 year from the end of the month in which eligibility is approved.
- The redemption of Perfect Points and Reward Gifts can be done after the approval of eligibility and takes at least 45 business days (only Monday-Friday, weekend and public holiday is not included) from the end of the month when the corrected transactions or documents are received by the Perfect Family department.
- Reward Gifts Delivery
- For electrical appliances
- The distributor will coordinate to request delivery information. The gift will be delivered to the member's address within the company's project only. Delivery to an address outside the project may incur additional charges based on distance, and the member will be responsible for the fee.
- For small reward gifts (vouchers, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- The gift will be delivery to the project sales gallery by the distributor. The Property Consultant will inspect and notify member to collect the gift. The member will be requested to sign to acknowledge receipt of the gift and return to the office.
- The company reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchanges of gifts and is not responsible for any defects, damage, or losses once the member has signed to acknowledge receipt of the gift.
- In the case reward gifts are out of stock and/or an issue of model replacement from manufacturer or distributor, the company reserves the right to substitute with a product of similar quality and value or cancel the redemption item.
- The warranty conditions for reward gifts are as specified by the manufacturer or distributor.
- The member receiving the gift must inspect and sign for it. The company is not responsible for any issues once the gift has been signed to acknowledge receipt. We kindly request that you take a photo of the delivery as evidence and for promotional purpose in the company’s media.
